Frequently Asked Questions

15-20 minutes.
Grandparents are welcome, but Aunties, Uncle and cousins will have to book their own time slot. Up to 2 pets per time slot, unless you don’t have human kids.
I will arrange a new date and time.
Yes. You will have to pay for both time slots. Each slot is 15-20 minutes so booking two will give you 40-60 mins. Some clients will do this if they have both pets and small children or family member who need time to get comfortable.
